7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unread, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the book or bookmark is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged bookmarks (if not reported at the time of delivery).

Personalized or custom-made bookmarks.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
